Special transport vehicle STS-7 is designed for transportation of power transmission towers mounts and other long loads. It is also possible to use a semi-trailer for light weight loads transportation.
Transport vehicle can be aggregated with wheeled tractors of class 1.4-2.0, equipped with a drawbar device TSU-2 (hydraulic hook), a pneumatic brake drive, a socket for connecting light-signal electrical equipment.
Transport vehicle consists of the following structural elements:
- platforms with folding boards;
- balancing trolley;
- trolley with a drawbar;
- brake system with a pneumatic drive of the balancing trolley wheels;
- parking brake with a mechanical drive;
- ligh-signal equipment.
