The Development Bank is a specialized financial institution created in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.06.2011 № 261. The founders of the bank are the Council of Ministers and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. The Bank is established in the form of a legal entity and is not a classical financial institution in the definition established by the Banking Code of the Republic of Belarus.

JSC "BSW - management company of "BMC" holding" - is a unique enterprise in the metallurgical industry of Belarus, which belongs to the category of modern mini-plants of the European level. BMZ is a national treasure of the state and is included in the state register of enterprises of the republic with high-tech production.
