Multifunctional tillage machine APM-6A

Multifunctional tillage machine APM-6A is designed for stubble dehulling, mulch tillage for post cut, stubbly and autumn cereal sowing, annual and perennial grasses formation treatment before tilling, autumn field treatment after the harvesting of potatoes, corn, beetroots, early-spring field leveling tillage and organic and mineral fertilizers digging-in, secondary tillage for crops, grain legumes, potatoes, corn, beet, flax and grass sowing.

Machine can be used for both mold and subsoil tillage systems.

Machine APM-6A can work with all soil types and perform any farming rotation soil-treatment operation (except for crop harrowing). This is achieved with the help of the set of working elements and of block-modular construction that – by simple restructuring of the working element blocks or by their replacement with detachable components – compose those structural layouts that most fully meet the demands of different soils treatment workflow.

This is the main distinctive advantage of this machine over all well-known soil treatment tools with traditional constant frame position of working elements. The units are articulated from the right and left sides of the frame of the unit and after installation they represent a section (a section of ribbed disks, a section of wheel spider, etc.) Every section consists of working element blocks which are fixed to the central frame with a locking mechanism.

The machine can be aggregated with tractors of 300-350 h/p ("BELARUS-3022", "BELARUS-3522") with twin wheels and standard cargo on the front hitch weighing 1350 kg.

For the implementation of technological processes of soil cultivation in the crop rotation of the system of soil-protective agriculture, the unit is equipped with sections of working bodies: concave disks, ribbed disks, wheel spider, cultivation tooth, knife rollers and spiral-slatted rollers.

1) In the system of traditional (subsoil) agriculture
