The PR-F-110C baler is aggregated with tractors of traction class 1.4, which have two pairs of hydraulic system terminals at the rear, a power take-off shaft with a rotation speed of 540 min-1, a socket for connecting external electrical equipment and a traction coupling device of the TSU-2 type (crossbar + fork).
The PR-F-110C baler has a permanent pressing chamber equipped with a chain-bar conveyor and is a modified design of the serial PR-F-110 baler in order to increase productivity by reducing the time of winding rolls with a grid and improving the quality of their storage, due to the formation of a cylindrical and well-streamlined packaging shape.
The PR-F-110C baler is equipped with an original winding device that allows for separate winding of rolls with a grid with remote control from the tractor cab.
The mechanism of traditional winding of rolls with a single thread of twine is preserved and is transferred up and back during operation with the grid without dismantling. The strapping devices with mesh and twine have independent electric drives.
The PR-F-110C baler is equipped with an automatic control and information system that allows remote control of the technological process of machine operation both when working with a grid and with twine.
