The round baler with a variable volume pressing chamber
PRL-150AK is designed for the selection of rolls (tapes) of bast crops (flax, hemp) with the formation of rolls and subsequent winding with twine.
The PRL-150AK baler is designed primarily for harvesting disoriented stems of bast crops located in a roll formed by a rake.
It is allowed, as an option, to clean bast crops with laying two strands of twine between the layers of the trust inside the formed roll.
The baler is equipped with an information management system that provides a display of the calculated linear density of the trust layer in the roll, the end of roll formation and accounting for the number of formed rolls.
The design of the PRL-150AK baler uses a hydromechanical system that supports an adjustable stem pressing density powered by a tractor hydraulic system.
The picker is equipped with reinforced cranks and a guide track made by casting, the drive rollers are rubberized, the chain gears of the pressing mechanism are reinforced.
