Crusher of wet grain IVZ-20D

Crusher of wet grain IVZ-20D is designed for grinding of grain crops for the subsequent production of animal feeds. It allows to grind various types of cereals (wheat, corn, barley, oats, etc.) with a moisture content of up to 40% and serve in a vehicle or mixer (if necessary), or directly in storage (canning), as well as packaging in sealed polyethylene sleeve. The average particle size while grinding a grain mixture is 1.8 mm. In the off-season, crusher can be used to grind feed grain for current use.

In order to prevent growth of bacteria forming mycotoxins in the feed, the crusher is equipped with equipment for preservatives application. For this purpose, anolyte neutral or catholyte can be used. To obtain them, there are electrochemical plants UEH 60-120 and UEH 125-250 (60-120 l/h and 125-250 l/h).
