The MTU-24A-1 is designed for the transportation and continuous surface application of solid organic fertilizers.
Starting November 2025, OJSC «Holding Management Company «Bobruiskagromash» will begin production of the upgraded MTU-24A-1, which will feature the following design changes:
• 2mm thick steel side panels;
• a rotating cardan shaft with a constant velocity joint, which provides even greater maneuverability without damaging the transmission;
• additional tie bars to prevent side deformation during cargo transportation;
• equipping the trolley with a solid round balance axle.
The technical characteristics of the MTU-24A-1 remain unchanged:
• a three-axle chassis, which reduces specific pressure on the soil and simultaneously reduces the load on the chassis axles;
• a simple design of the front spring-mounted drawbar bogie;
• a proprietary spreading device that enables fertilizer application across a width of up to 12 meters;
• a bottom chain-and-slat conveyor unloading mechanism;
• an additional cover on the spreading device, which provides protection against spillage;
• a rear tail lift, which ensures cargo safety during transport;
• a flow regulator, which allows for adjustment of fertilizer application rates.
Furthermore, with the spreading device removed, the MTU-24A-1 can be used to transport light, bulk, low-volume cargo with rear unloading via the conveyor.
The machine is coupled with Class 5 tractors.
